Rules and Regulations:

  1. 1.     Conference Rooms and television reservations must be booked online via our website; www.ceonh.com or www.ceonashua.com and are subject to availability. Reservations can be made right up until 1 minute before the scheduled time. If you do not have a room reserved, you will not be permitted to use a room. This rule will apply to ALL tenants and clients at all times including nights and weekends.

    2.     Just because a conference room appears to be empty, does not mean that it is available to enter and use, even if only for a moment. If you are in a conference room that you have not reserved, management will ask you to exit the conference room immediately, no exceptions.

    3.     Please schedule time slots accordingly and watch the time to ensure that you are not running over schedule. The conference rooms are booked frequently and are often scheduled with back-to-back bookings. Running even a minute over your time can affect the next meeting. If your clients are late for their scheduled meeting, please either adjust the conference room booking to allow for more time or let your clients know that your meeting will be cut short.

    4.     If you have more than one meeting scheduled in back to back time slots, please book one conference room that is available for all of the necessary time slots. Shuffling between multiple conference rooms will not be permitted, especially with the tv.

    5.     If you have a cancellation, please be sure to cancel the conference room so that it is available to others. All bookings and cancellations are done online and can be done at any hour. Failure to cancel may result in a No-Show fee even for tenants who receive unlimited hours of conference room usage.

    6.     If you need to schedule more than one conference room at a time (ie; separation of clients for mediation, etc.) you will only be permitted one of the larger conference rooms and one of the small 4 person rooms.

    7.     All buyer/seller closings must be scheduled in either the Boardroom or the Executive Conference room. Refi closings can be scheduled in the Library, the Clubhouse or the Galley. Please note the buyer/seller last names and the property address in the notes when scheduling as we have a lot of closings happening on a daily basis.

    8.     For meetings or training courses that will exceed 1 full day, please contact CEO management for authorization. 

    9.     If you have scheduled outside of CEO Nashua’s business hours, please be sure to use the conference room that you have reserved even if other conference rooms seem to be available.

    10.  Please be respectful and leave the conference room in the same condition in which you found it. Clean up any trash and be sure to remove all of your personal belongings. DO NOT unplug or remove air fresheners. Any damages due to carelessness or negligence may be subject to associated charges.

    11.  DO NOT clean the glass top tables with any products that are not approved by CEO Management. Any damage caused by the use of an unapproved product will be subject to associated charges.

    12. **Video Surveillance Warning**- For safety and security purposes, conference rooms are under 24-hour video surveillance monitoring. To ensure privacy, audio is not monitored or recorded.
